We had Robbie install a bath. Very professional, communicative and solved problems for us. He also discussed our general issues so we could think about future work and some freely. Overall a positive interaction and would recommend to others.

After moving into a new (old) house, we needed a new cooker installed which also required us to have our electrical box brought up to standard, and a new gas line laid and connected - all within a tight time frame due to my husband going into hospital for surgery followed by a long recovery period. Matt and the team at BEPE were understanding and conscious of our urgency; we were booked in quickly and the works themselves were completed in one day. My peace of mind was important to them. The team worked hard, were efficient and vigilant, and also (important) were nice guys to have about my house. Matt’s management of the project, including keeping me informed, was outstanding. I recommend BEPE without reservation - and will use them for any future works for which we need gas or electrical help.

This is a long overdue review! My plumber was Bob and his apprentice Smiley. Service was excellent, prompt and efficient! Bob went out of his way to acquire the exact part needed to repair my cistern. Much appreciated and will be a return customer 🙂

Highly recommend BEPE Ballarat! I had some blocked storm water drains and Sam and the crew did a wonderful job! Not only did they fix the problem but left my yard looking so neat and tidy! Needed a sink replaced courtesy of my kids, these guys came out promptly when they said they would arrive to correctly quote it on the spot and then provided me with a window the job would be done and it was in fact completed within that window without any further issues. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Excellent communication and a job well done.
